Thread: Issues with fake online tools.

Hi,has anyone had issues with free online tools that where fake?I have found a couple of backlink tools online
that where fake.

I have used free online tools that really messed up my business. Their trial version really sucks. I don't want to mention their name to avoid any conflicts. Sometimes their tools are infected with virus! The site is infected by a malware according to my AVG (it is not free). Next time be sure that when you use a free online tool, there are other real human users who have used and tested the tool themselves and how it worked if it is bad or good. Sometimes these tools sends you spam messages and floods your inbox. From then on, I promise myself to never use unproven free online tools.

A good tip would be to do a Google query before downloading any tool - with the program's name followed by REVIEW. This has saved me a number of times weeding the good from the malicious. Also beware of affiliate reviews.

As with anything on the internet if it is popular there 1000's of people looking to include a fake that will harm your computer.
