Thread: Live Chat

Not sure if this is the right area, but what is the best live chat software for a web hosting company to use? I see many of them using LiveZilla and have thought it worked well whenever I used it for support, but is there any more free alternatives and if so, which ones are they?

Also, what are the paid paid ones?

LiveZilla is pretty much the best, imo, and highly recommend it.

I heard LiveChat is pretty decent.

I have to vouch for Zopim.com... They provide an amazing experience for you and the client. They also are releasing new features all the time.

I vote for LiveZilla. Not a big fan of Zopim.

Most of the web developers use live zilla only .Its easy to use and have a good functionality as well.So i will recommend you to use live zilla only.

I've heard of LiveChat and have tried it in a couple websites. It works fine, not great, so if you could go for LiveZilla, that'd be much better.

I too recommend Live Zilla. Its one of the best chatting application present in the market.

Livezilla is a easy to install software and offers you with features like visitor monitoring, Statistics and reports, geo tracking etc and hence is considered to be one of the most preferred chat software.
