May I ask, why dont you choose your staff based on activity around the forum? Then, offer them the job once you see they are dedicated and would be a good addition to your staffing team? Just wondering...

From the applications we receive we take the activity into account as well. If a user is not that active and does not help benefit the community they would not be chosen. Originally Posted by cmsvisuals
