I like my staff to be at least 16/17, keeps the maturity level high enough to function and there's no need to worry about COPPA violations either.

I'm a bit bias against those under 18. While some minors can be more mature than some over 18, it's a rare feat to find. My staff are all going to be over 18, no exceptions of those younger. It's just not smart to give some kid power in a forum.

Not really... but I wouldn't really like to hire someone who's less than 13 years of age. No offense to them, but I'm just picturing myself when I was that age. I was still immature and unable to work with other people.

It's against COPA for children under 13 to be on forums, anyway.

As long as they're active, gave good grammar and spelling, I don't care.

In this day and age things such as spelling don't matter with all the spell checks etc. available

I dont consider the age while hiring. Only the stuff they Had. Now even the child with age 13 are running a forum. So they is no bar in age while hiring
