OK to lay it out I use FileZilla for any serious transferring i need to do or when working on a clients site. FireFTP for quick work on my own site and the built in FTP client of PSPad when I'm just working with files live on the server.

Why not? It's the only one being made by a team that only works on a single product and is currently the best.

I would also recommend FileZilla. It does everything you want it to, and I've never had any problems with it. It saves FTP logins which is a good feature, and is very quick at moving files in between servers.
