    Selling Your Site Safely

I would highly recommend if you are selling anything online to use a 3rd party like escrow.com so you do not get scammed. Have you ever used a site like this before?

Never done that before, the highest value site I've sold was $1400 and I had no issues at all.

I've never sold any of my sites before, so never even heard of that site.

^ This. I couldn't have sold the last site I owned. I worked for years on it and I just refused to the idea of selling it to some stranger that would end up turning it into an ad spot. Therefore, I closed it.

As for your issue, I believe the best way to sell a site is in a site with an established reputation, where you can check the other part's info and previous transactions. That way, you can both be sure it will all turn out OK.

Why should we use third party to sale any thing on-line .Why we share our profit with any third party?

I've never used a site like that before. But if I did, I would look up reviews, etc on it and make sure that everything is legal etc. It depends on the cost of the item I am selling to be honest. I would do a lot of research beforehand though.
