How often do you scan your computer and your website/hosting account?

I have to do this daily to make sure mine as well as mine clients data is safe and secure :-s. Well, I never used my business PC for personal use that keep me a bit more safe

Personal computer - quick scan once daily and full scan once weekly

Pretty much this. Although that's my Desktop PC running windows. On my mac, I'm pretty secure and up-to-date so i don't worry too much when doing work on my mac, which is 95% of the time
