TO get traffic to parked domains you need to build links as you do for promoting a website.Also try to submit them in forums and directories and choose the domain which is really in demand these days...You will start generating revenues from them..

I would only park the domain if it has value,age,page rank.But,SEDO is a great domain parking site.
