You will better off looking for domains that are being expired, otherwise all the good domains have already been taken. Pool.com might be a good start to start looking for such domains.

You need to just find a domain that is still available and use a good registrar. I personally pay $6.95 for my domains through my provider which means I can buy and sell easily which big profits.

Look for deleted domains with PR.It doesn't matter if the domain or domains have been in the deleted stage for a while.I purchased nine PR3 domains and 4 or still PR3's after 6 months. If you are going to register a new domain stay away from trade mark domains.

Should I pay attention to the new domain names? Someone may have already purchased a new gTLD? I found some film about new domain names - new gTLDs I mean the likes of the domain: .app .bank. blog .sport .tattoo ? I mean is it worth to paying attention to them, whether it is better to stick with the standard ends like .com .net or some local extensions?

Always choose domains with .com, .org. or .net
And never go for exact match domains if you wanna survive on Internet for a long time.
