    A domains value.

How,would you determine the value of a domain that was dropped?
Also,a domain that was not dropped?

Now a days, I randomly saw any domain dropping as the domain registrar keep that domain to their self by parking it and sell it on higher price than normal. So, it's hard to have any idea

Well the value of a domain is very subjective. It is pretty much only worth what someone is willing to pay for it no matter the circumstances.
cnn.com for example is worth nothing unless someone is willing to pay for it.
