Thread: Domain registering will cost more!

From the new year registering a domain will cost more. How do you think about this changes? What you think will be the domain registration charge from new year?

Yeah, like Moniker, I got my .com domain for only $9.00 as opposed to GoDaddy's price.

Not just godaddy all the major domain registering company is hiking the price.

Where is this coming from? I never heard anything about domain prices rising. I don't think it will increase.

Where have you heard this? I buy my domains from InternetBS, I wasn't aware they were raising prices? Does this also apply if you are renewing your domain?

Yeah I heard about this, really there is nothing we can do. We have to cope with it. Not like it is going up much. And it is not Namecheap, Name ect... that have rose the prices it is just the companies that the extension belong to. Really nothing we can do.

I don't think prices are changing that much. I pay $6.95 through my provider now and it is not changing for 2012.

me too pal, whether the internet BS is going to increase the prices? can anyone give me any URL where it was mentioned
