What,is the best monitor to use for a computer?

Depends on what use you're going to give it. I personally prefer smaller-sized monitors to browse the net but that's just my choice. I don't like the over sized looks of some sites. If you're going to use your PC to watch movies or play games, though, a 19" could work well. I own an LG 19" for my desktop computer and it's been great for playing Assassins Creed

I trust on Sam sung.I am using from last 5 years .But there is no problem till date.

I would use a big enough monitor. I have 1x19" and 1x22" and I much prefer the 22" monitor. It's just the right size for me, so should be for you as well. It was cheap, and affordable. I would go with something big and good if you can.

Not sure what you mean, can you define a bit more?

I think samsung monitors are the best. And it's all depends on your requirement.

In my opinion Samsung is the best computer monitor. I am using it for the last 6 years.

LCD monitor from HP and View sonic are best.

I think LG monitors are good to use but all depends on your needs..
