I have two domains with them. They offer great services - No complaints at all.

namecheap has done a wonderful job and we can't really find other sources saying that they are charging more at first and then refunding. Errors can possibly happen in any company and one error in a million just has been probably a bug and they probably already have it fixed.

I would probably consider them to give a try, they're best when it comes to domain names. Unlike Godaddy - worst service ever experienced.

Namecheap is best in the industry but their prices are higher then resellerclub and godaddy. So I use resellerclub more often. Used namecheap once only because of high price.

I haven't experienced this with namecheap in the past. I think it is important to make this aware to others, so, thank you. Also, if this has happened to anyone, perhaps try to contact your bank for assistance.
